Welcome to Phoenix Rising 
My name is Phoenix Rising, I took on this Internet name as it depicts in my view, How life is for a person with not just one but multiple chronic disabling Diseases. We wander through life, then one day we fall and then we pick up and carry on again to continue on our path of achieving one more goal, not unlike the Phoenix of Mythology that rises out of the flames. I am basically a self taught achiever, I have been a night school Teacher, a Politician, a childrens art teacher, I have sat and do sit on various boards, I do crafts, sewing, painting and write poems, I have my own business and I hope to be able to have my designs online in the near future. I love people and helping people. I have two grown children and one grandaughter. This site has been put together with the thought of helping others find information on a variety of issues, humor as well stores that are here to help me subsidize the medications that I need for Multiple Sclerosis. I hope to add other links as I find them to further assist peoples needs
